How much do company headshots cost in Houston?+
For 4–9 people, headshots are $149 per person; 10–19 people are $129 per person; and 20–25 people are $119 per person. Teams larger than 25 receive a custom volume quote. Each person receives two professionally retouched images.
Can you take headshots at our office?+
Yes. We bring a professional studio setup to your Houston-area office or another location of your choice. The Houston studio is also available for smaller teams, remote employees, and new hires.
How much time should we schedule for a company headshot day?+
Plan approximately one hour for 4–9 people, two hours for 10–19 people, and two and a half hours for 20–25 people. Larger teams receive a custom schedule based on staffing and workflow.
What should employees wear for professional headshots?+
Choose polished clothing that reflects your company culture. Solid colors and subtle textures usually photograph well. Avoid distracting graphics and very busy patterns. We will provide a preparation guide for your team.

Yes. Every person receives clear direction for posture, face angle, and expression. The process is designed for people who may not feel comfortable in front of a camera.
Can employees select their headshot during the session?+
Yes. Clients view and select their preferred headshots on-site, which eliminates guesswork and helps ensure each person is comfortable with the final choice.
How many retouched headshots are included?+
Two professionally retouched images per person are included. Additional finished images may be purchased as an add-on.
Is professional hair and makeup available?+
Yes. Professional makeup and grooming services are available as an add-on and can be coordinated for executives or an entire team.
How quickly are finished headshots delivered?+
Professionally retouched headshots are normally delivered within 24 hours after selections are confirmed, unless a different schedule is established for a large team.
