Event photography starts at $250/hour, though every event receives a custom quote based on coverage hours, event size, locations, schedule complexity, required photographers, delivery speed, and intended usage. Share your agenda and priorities for an accurate proposal.

How far in advance should we book an event photographer?+
Book as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, especially for large conferences and peak-season dates. Short-notice assignments may be possible when the team is available.
Do you create a shot list before the event?+
Yes. We plan around your agenda, priority speakers, VIPs, sponsors, branding, group photographs, décor, and the ways your marketing and communications teams will use the images.
How quickly will we receive our event photographs?+
The standard delivery time is within 24 hours. Same-day or accelerated highlight delivery is available as an add-on for social media, press, sponsors, or internal communications.
Can you provide same-day event photos?+
Yes. We provide 2 options for same-day delivery. Our Instant Gallery add-on uploads photos as they are being taken. Attendees can use the 'Find Me' feature to see all the photos they've appeared in for the whole event. Same-day edited highlights are available as an add-on when arranged before the event. We coordinate the number of images and delivery deadlines around your publishing schedule.
Can you cover simultaneous sessions or a multi-day conference?+
Yes. Logrono Media has a team of photographers available for breakout rooms, concurrent activations, multiple locations, and multi-day programs, all working under one consistent visual direction.
How many photographs will we receive?+
The final quantity depends on the event length, agenda, guest count, and number of photographers. You receive a curated collection of professionally edited images rather than duplicates or unfinished files.
What usage rights are included with event photography?+
Logrono Media retains the copyright. Clients receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license for their website, organic social media, public relations, recruiting, internal communications, presentations, and printed marketing. Paid advertising, resale, sublicensing, product packaging, and use by sponsors or unrelated third parties require written approval unless included in the project agreement.
Do you offer both event photography and video?+
Yes. Photography and video can be planned as one coordinated production, including interviews, speaker coverage, highlight films, social edits, professional audio, captions, and motion graphics.
What is a headshot lounge at a corporate event?+
A headshot lounge is an on-site professional portrait experience where conference or event attendees receive a polished headshot as a valuable event takeaway.
Can a headshot lounge be branded for our event or sponsor?+
Yes. The experience can include a branded backdrop or custom visual treatment, sponsor signage, and an attendee workflow designed around your event goals. Branding options are scoped in the proposal.
Can a headshot lounge accommodate a large conference?+
Yes. We plan the number of photographers, stations, and delivery workflow around attendance and the event schedule. Additional stations and expedited image delivery are available as add-ons.
